Gong serves a mouth-watering selection of signature dishes from South East Asia and other parts of the world with a daily choice of specials, all using locally sourced ingredients, which ensures freshness and supports local growers in Bali. Enjoy an authentic Balinese chargrilled asparagus to slow braised ribs in tamarind and soy.
The menus also include a variety of sharing platters offering family and friends the chance to enjoy old favourites and sample exciting new flavours together. There is also a selection of wines and signature cocktails available for guests, whether they are dining at Gong or in their own villas.
Gong is open daily from 7am to 11pm and there is no dress code. It is also the venue for breakfast, which can be tailor-made for each guest; all they need to do is inform us the day before and we will buy their requested food at market rates.
